HRTEM/FIB training in Budapest

From April 24th to April 30th, 2025, a specialized training will be held in Centre for Energy Research, MFA, Budapest, offering participants an excellent opportunity to explore advanced methodologies in high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), focused ion beam (FIB) sample preparation, and related analytical techniques.

Led by experienced MFA colleagues, this training will provide valuable insights into the strengths and limitations of these methods, their applications in cutting-edge research, and best practices for sample preparation and analysis. It will also serve as a platform for discussions on future collaborations and the integration of these techniques into ongoing research efforts.

The training is open for participants from within V4 countries. Partial or full reimbursement of the costs can be provided via the International Visegrad Fund project CUBES. If you are interested to take part, please contact Filip Gucmann (https://elu.sav.sk/en/employees/basic-info/?user_no=8391&publication_author_id=0175492) until 1st March.
