Central-European (Ultra)Wide Bandgap Expertise Cluster – CUBES
Three internationally-recognised research institutions will establish a V4-based competence cluster for (ultra) wide bandgap semiconductor technology. Our planned activities will help to create a Central European network of experts from academia and industry involved in the gallium oxide research, potentially significantly strengthening the economic potential and competitiveness of the region.
