Our colleague Javad Keshtkar from IEE SAS presented “Fabrication of p-i-n heterojunction UV-photodetectors based on n-type gallium oxide
and p-type boron-doped diamond” at the 47th Workshop of Compound Semiconductor Devices and Integrated Circuits. The results presented at the conference were achieved as part of the CUBES project.
