As a result of the newly-established research collaboration,
Dr. Dhananjay Kumar Sharma from the Institute of Physics, Czech Academy of
Sciences visited the IEE SAS in June 2025. Dr. Sharma gave an informative
lecture on the growth and characterization of boron-doped diamond films and
took part in the preparation of Ga₂O₃ films for their
heterogeneous integration with conductive diamond.
